“When a problem comes along, study it until you are completely knowledgeable. Then find that weak spot, break the problem apart, and the rest will be easy.”
-Peale, Norman Vincent  (American pastor, speaker, author, 1898-1993)

An enduring solution to any problem begins with a thorough understanding of its components.  For this reason I take the time to develop a thorough bio-psychosocial profile of each patient which incorporates the salient elements of his or her personal history and mental health issues.  My methodology involves an initial 90 minute multidimensional evaluation providing a foundation of information to guide subsequent care.

The information garnered from our first session will work to identify your personal goals and serve to develop a long-term treatment plan.  This may require only coming in for short medication management sessions or more in-depth periodic analysis, all personalized as necessary to the achievement of resolving underlying psychological conflicts.  Elements of the treatment plan may involve a combination of individual, couples, family, or group psychotherapies, psycho-education, and/or medication management as indicated.  The intensity, type, and length of treatments will depend on the individual’s goals and therapeutic needs.  Throughout the course of treatment, we will periodically reassess the plan to assure that it is still in keeping with the patient’s progress.

Whether you are seeking simple symptomatic relief or fundamental psychological change, I encourage you to contact me for more information.  I offer my personal, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment in a safe, warm, and caring office environment.  All information discussed will be maintained with the highest level of privacy and confidentiality.
